Jesus was always distrustful of crowds. He performed many miracles and drew incredible crowds listening and following him as he taught, but many times he would tell them to go and tell no one what has happened. Seeems kind of strange? If you had really good news or a really good experience, you would want to share it with everyone you could. But Jesus recognized the danger that can come from crowds of people. The Jewish people were singing and praising as Jesus came into Jerusalem. The religious leaders were not. The time has come for us to take a stand, to make a decision: which crowd will we choose?
